House Rules

Pinaréa is reserved for families, friends (alcohol-free gatherings) and professional events. Private parties are not permitted.

Guests agree to respect the number of people agreed at the time of booking.

The villa is provided with furniture and kitchen equipment per an inventory; guests are responsible for any damage or loss and agree to settle it before departure.

Bringing in any prohibited products or objects is not allowed.

Please help us keep the villa serene: no loud music or disturbances that affect neighbours.

Each stay includes the use of one private parking space.

Management declines responsibility in the event of loss or theft of guests’ belongings.

We kindly ask all guests to moderate water and electricity use so everyone can enjoy a comfortable summer stay.
